How can you not love Pucci and to combine Pucci with the shape of the perfectly feminine little frame bag - I die! Classic Pucci print makes the exterior of this bag an instant recognizable iconic piece. The shape is wonderful - a mini treasure frame bag that has soft rounded corners and widens from the clasp frame into a solid little base. I love the elaborate gold toned clasp that sits atop the frame and the handle is just the right size to balance the bag! Wonderful condition!
An amazing couture Pierre Cardin is in such excellent condition it may as well have just stepped off its 1960s runway and into my hands! Constructed of a linen look mixed fabric it is an amazing soft pale peach color. The color alone makes this special and collectible! Its is cut architectural style as typical of the nest of the Cardin pieces are. The body of the dress is almost flapper-esque in style with little definition through the waist area - it falls in one smooth tube to that dropped skirt. Once you reach the skirted area it is full on cardin. A padded top stitched band with bog circles worked into the design encircle the lower hip. More amazing it that this is done over flat knife pleating which then flares out to create a low swingy skirt. It has so much movement and impact! Truly amazing and a work of art. Immaculate condition.
In 1958 Pierre Cardin went to Toykyo and ended up staying a month - he met his longtime muse, model Hiroko Matsumoto, who he invited to France in 1960, and made history when she became the first Japanese model to walk in the Paris collections. While there he also inked a deal with the department store Takashimaya, which led to Pierre Cardin becoming the first Western brand to be manufactured and designed specifically for the Japanese market.
This is an absolutely amazing and very rare and early piece from Pierre Cardin and that collaboration with the Takashimaya, department store in Japan. It is also an important and early rendition of what was to become a theme of his work in later collections with that attached looping of fabric at the front. The chic and simple lines that we covet from Cardin ware present and and again you can see how this was expended on later for the American markets. It is made of a fine, light wool crepe in the perfect red. The shape is wonderful and flattering - a simple A-line cut with a rounded neckline and sleek sleeves. A seam is set vertically across the front and from it dangles two flat loops of fabric that sit around each other. These early label Cardin for Takashimaya pieces came straight out of the Cardin Atelier. A rare find and a sound investment piece. Excellent condition.
Fully lined through the body in a red silky rayon with the sleeves left unlined. It closes with a painted metal zipper at the back. The red is a little brighter and better in person

Gorgeous and rare fitted crop top is the ultimate pin up girl fantasy piece! Done in a girlie and sexy pale pink with brighter pops of pink sequins this is a beauty indeed! This is an exceptional example of the little sequin & beaded piece and a modern girl could work it into her wardrobe by pairing it with unexpected fabrics or cuts (cargoes & sequins anyone?) A mixture of silver and pale pale baby blue glass tube beads cover the entire top. Little pink bursts of sequins are scattered throughout. A heavier beaded edge around the collar add the perfect touch!† Excellent condition and a show stopping color!
The best part about this fabulous Emilio Pucci for Formfit Rogers set is that you are really getting two wearable pieces. Both the inner slip dress and the outer, long sleeve buttoned piece, are completely wearable as dresses in their own rights and can also be used as chic beach cover ups or as the lingerie pieces they were originally intended to be. The colors are an amazing bright mix of pinks and corals on white - classic Pucci design. His famous contrasting edging is used to highlight the cut on both piece. The nylon is fluid and soft with each piece weighing mere ounces. The inner dress is a simple slip on affair with a V neck and high bust-line and A-line skirt. The outer piece can act as a robe if worn as lingerie but also can be worn as a dress in its own right. It buttons to close with a narrow cut through the body and long sleeves that have a wonderful volume above each wrist. A real collectible and in the EPFR world, a real rarity. Excellent condition
Both pieces are unlined nylon fabric. The inner dress slips on and the outer piece buttons to close at the front with buttons on each cuff as well.

What a stunner! Made by Larry Aldrich this is an exceptional 1950s cocktail dress in a lovely bright pink and gold fabric. The fabric is very unusual and the print very pretty - it has an almost Asian feel to it and has delicate pops of clue running through it! The skirt is lovely and full and the top is darling. I love the simple cut and the attached ribbon detailing around the waist. It closes with a series of buttons down the front and these are all hidden under the front panel of fabric It is utterly gorgeous! In person you get an extra bit of richness tot he texture and feel of the fabric with more of a shimmering gold effect to it - if you love the pictures you will love it more in person! An exceptional vintage dress. Item# DD857
Fabulous and slightly crazy outfit is made of a bright pink poly chiffon that has screened flowers and patches of gold thread woven into it. It is meant to be worn loose and full and though I have out it into the SML-MED category it could be worn by a smaller frame (the model is a tiny 2-4) and sits loose and draped or work on a figure that more closely matches the listed measurements. It's a simple design - the pants slip on with elastic at the waist and cuffs and the jacket is cut box like wit the same elastic cuffs and a simple snap closure. But that is where the simplicity stops - the look is pure over the top! (it's paired on the model with an Anita Quansah piece but that piece is sold - sorry girls!) Excellent condition!

This is an amazing 1960s bright printed dress in a wonderful array of pink, green and tangerine with white highlights. The colors alone typify the era and the print with its wonderful bold graphics are just the cream on the top! Made of a thicker cotton, almost with a canvas feel but not as heavy or unyielding as a true canvas would be. It is just enough weight to give it structure and help hold the shape. It buttons along the front and the skirt goes right to the ground. The print around the lower hem is spectacular! The waist nips in and the bodice is scooped. The sleeves mirror the print at the hem and have a wonderful huge poufed and full effect at the full bottom 8 inches of each of them. It is just gorgeous! Excellent condition and appears to have been worn little if at all. Item# D422
In person this dress literally glows as if lit from within. The effect of the gold thread worked through the kitten soft chenille velvet it breathtaking. This piece is†surprisingly light, far lighter then you would think at first glance because the base is a silk chiffon that allows it stunning drape and airiness. Pinks in various shades of the softest possible glossed chenille are applied onto the silk chiffon and then eyelash gold lame worked in between. This makes the entire dress sparkle and glimmer with every movement of the wearer and the effect if beautiful. The cut† is simple so that the fabric can take center stage.† A high neck and simple bodice are balance by long sleeves and a skirt that cascades to the floor. This is surely a piece by a designer as the quality and attention to detail are all there but since there is no tag it will forever be a mystery! It is a beautiful, dramatic piece and in excellent condition. Item# E439
This is a dream of a dress! Romantic, pale pink silk chiffon with a hot pink silk ribbon accent and the most wonderfully constructed strapless bodice! Though it looks at first glance to be a free flowing skirted gown it is actually a column of silk over which an additional panel of silk flows. Yards and yards of silk are attached over a long and lean inner skirt that is comprised of two layers of silk. The effect when worn is wonderful as the inner layer give structure while that outer panel is allowed to flow and move. It's actually open down the front so the effect is further heightened. The bodice is beautiful. It is strapless with fine edged silk organza ribbon folded and hand placed to create soft florets in pale pinks. Here and there are loops of strung silver painted interior glass tube beads. The finish to this masterpiece is a vibrant silk pink ribbon that curves up and under the bust in a darling bow! Excellent condition!
Superb little bright, graphic Mr Dino dress in an easy to wear, easy to care and travel with polester jersey. This fabric takes color so well and it really allows for the vibrant tones to pop off the black backdrop. Love the bold print with its mix of purples, blues and pops of lime and white. The cut is a simple shift and it has that great scooped and rounded neckline. Excellent condition!

A gorgeous early Pucci that is a killer mix of pastels colors all in that classic Pucci print! The dress is made from a thick, almost canvas like cotton which works to really hold that terrific tent shape while still managing to give a hint at the curves underneath. It's that classic and instantly recognizable Pucci design† - these are the most sought after as they are the equivalent of wearing art! I love love love the square neckline with its contrasting design edging and how the waist has a band in that same contrasting print. This one has a detail I have not seen on another Pucci dress like this - on each side of the skirt the bottom edging has been carried up 10" and 3 fabric covered buttons sit on either side. If you have been looking for the perfect Pucci you just found it! Exellent condition.

An amazing pair of trousers by Emilio Pucci in his signature, custom screened velvet! How absolutely gorgeous is this dress? I love the richness of the purple tones mixed with the gold threading and bead work at the waist. It is made of a textured poly organza and the purple has a screened textured print into it - this layered over the interior crepe really create a nice, rich hippie chic, exotic feel. A gold thread paisley design in woven through the fabric with a secondary paisley print under that. I love the gold braid detail and the beading at the empire waistline. The neck has a little hook and eye so you can wear it closed or open. The skirt is full but not overly . It is a beautiful, dramatic piece and in excellent condition.

This coat is amazing! Cut like a great coat it is the absolutely last word, ultimate rock and roll hippie chic, flower power coat! Labelled Dynasty, it is very well made and surprisingly light. It has a good weight to it but is not in the least heavy or cumbersome to wear. The exterior is amazing - a virtual flower garden in vibrant pinks and oranges sit atop olive leaves and a deep, almost black, purple-brown back drop.† The velvet is a short pile velvet and each flower is quilted so you get this slight texture to the entire piece that really just adds to its fabulousness. The entire hem has a second quilted design huge blossoms ring the entire hem. Really fabulous! Excellent condition.
Very rare, handmade in France, iconic 1960s Eskimo slit sunglasses with off white plastic frames. These are one of the most iconic of all sunglass styles and a signature Courreges piece! Marked depose and Patent PV 5262 on the back of the "lenses" Excellent condition and a collector piece!
One size fits all. Note that the arms feel slightly "stretched" out and will need adjusting if you actually plan to wear them. More of a off-white color than what is shown. Shown on a mannequin with an average head size. Listing is for the sunglasses alone, it will be sent boxed but has no case.
Please note that most vintage sunglasses will need to be adjusted for a proper fit. You can take them to any optometrist or sunglass shop and have them adjusted for a perfect fit. An amazing and rare white metal disk version of the infamous Paco Rabanne disk bag. A version of this has recently been reissued and is all the rage - this is the original and in the rarest and most desirable of all the colors you see it in (normally it is silver or gold or black) - the mod, space age white! No missing or damaged disks and all the links are present. The chain is silver and you can carry it like a clutch ro over the shoulder. These have gone for well over $2000 at auction and I believe the new version is more!
Amazing early Pierre Cardin mod shift dress down in a deep blue wool. One of his most iconic designs this dress features a round cut out at the neck and circular cut outs that ring the entire hem! Each of those circles is created by stamping out the fabric which was then folded back by hand and stitch behind each center of each circle. The now set at the neck is done in a contrasting silk satin and is set at the top of the key hole there. The construction of this dress is amazing - it has a double zipper at the back and the lining is set by hand. A study in dressmaking techniques it is absolutely wonderful! It is very rare, very couture and very special. Mint condition. Item# DD731
This is a very very rare and unusual Courreges Paris piece. It is a simple deep blue halter top done in a thicker poly nylon knit jersey. To this is applied a tightly overlapped sequin design that runs over each shoulder strap and around the top of the bodice. Little rays of sequins dance off the top edge. The bottom is gathered with a bit of elastic and a decoration only, sequin encrusted bow sits prettily at the front waist. Great piece to work in with your more modern separates! Mint condition and a very rare, show stopping piece!

This dress is a great example of that tubular, shift shaped 1960s silhouette and it is a little unusual because of the fabric. It still has its original paper tags attached inside that state that 30% of the fabric is real metal! The silver colored metal thread used and woven through it really goes it a beautiful glinting sheen and depth to the design. The colors are fabulous palette of creams, taupes and greys mixed with that silver thread. A classic shift dress sits under a zipped on outer shell. Even though we know it has metal running through it it surprisingly light and the fabric supple but with just a hint of structure to help hold that wonderful shape! Excellent condition

This late 1960s, early 1970s chiffon caftan dress by Jean Varon has layers beautifully printed chiffon that cascades down to the ground. Everything about this piece is dramatic and bold. All of the layers flow and create a fantastic, romantic and grand statement. The skirt flows to the floor and has three layers - the inner, ore fitted skirt, over which a layer of solid red chiffon floats over. Over this is a shorter and fuller layer of that beautifully printed chiffon. The waist nips in and a sash in the same fabric can be ties loose as shown or wrapped for a more exotic look. The bodice is stunning - wide kimono feel sleeves in the same double layer of chiffon as the skirt are worked so that they come out from the waist in a wide design. The neckline is scooped and the neckline has triangular flags of chiffon that float over it. I love that each sleeve is finished with two tassels that dangle from their longest points! Excellent, seemingly unworn condition. Item# DD931
Truly beautiful and exceptional piece designed by Roger Freres. It is impeccably constructed and cut to show a girl's curves but in a sexy, chic kind of way. The bodice is a sleek and simple expanse of silk satin that is cut halter style with two overlapping curved triangles that form the bust. The waist nips in and is highlighted with a curved banding detail. The skirt is a spectacular pouf of fabric! The heavy, rich silk satin gives it an almost sculptural feel and allows it to hold the fullness with no crinoline underneath. The sides of that skirt curve over itself to help add to the volume. The halter neck and low back are of course the sexy part of the dress! Embellished straps circle up and around the neck and swoop down the sides of the back leaving it completely bare. Each strap has a gold braided cord down its center and that cording is adorned with rhinestones, pearls and metal tassels that swing with your every move! It is stunning and the inside is constructed to couture level with beautiful finishes. Rare, stunning and in excellent condition!

Fully lined in a cream silky rayon and closes with a low back painted metal zipper. I chose not to photo it with a crinoline under but you could add a light crinoline and get a very full round shape. The color is true rich off-white silk satin in person! The inside edges are finished with ribbon over the seams. Fabric loops to secure your undergarments sit inside each shoulder. There is a hint of yellowing to where the curves of the folds on the skirt but I am being very picky. When on you will not notice.

Gorgeous early sixties maxi dress by the Royal Hawaiian company. The color is gorgeous - a bright, true blue with a custom print in white screened on to represent tropical flowers. The curve is all bombshell and vixen. Cut to follow an hourglass figure it skims over the bust, nips in at the waist and hugs the hips. A dramatic mermaid type hem flares out at the bottom and the sleeves have a similar ruffle detailing to mirror that finish. So bright and so fabulous! Excellent condition!

Another romantic and feminine piece with that Valentino feel to it. It is all silk organza and chiffon ruffles edged with chocolate satin edgings. It is almost a baby doll shape with a higher waist line from which the skirt poufs out. The bodice is more fitted and has a nice V neck edged with ruffles. These same ruffles adorn each sleeve. Sarmi was known for his evening looks and for using the most amazing fabrics in the most decadent of ways. This is a wonderful and highly wearable example of his work!
This is an amazing and rare jumpsuit from the Schiaperelli house that was most likely meant as a lounge piece. It is crazy with a huge over sized cut and wide legs! The top part is a cut like a blouse with a proper collar and front buttons. Each sleeve ends with a buttoned cuff. There is no waist to speak of - while you can certainly belt it and create a shape I sort of like it in all its loose and exaggerated glory and decided to show it just like that! The entire effect is that of a glamorous, eccentric goddess with its ice cream colored striped silk.† Perfect for traveling it is easy to pack, easy to wear and looks amazing with flats or heels. Excellent condition

Am amazing and chic 1960s dress that perfectly captures the mood of the times. At first glance you think that the dress is only embroidered but that stunning patter is actually created by a combination of embroidery work mixed with white sequins that are used to create those beautiful medallions! The dress is not perfect - there is a sequin missing here and there and at some point the inside hem was redone and it is not the most perfect job ever (I chose to leave it as found to conserve as much length as possible) but it presents well and is still infinitely wearable as either a super short mini or a tunic over a skinny pant. The front has a hook over a keyhole neckline so you can wear it closed or open and it flares out gently as it nears the hem. Little pockets sit low on the hips, hidden along the seam on either side. Its fantastic despite its vintage patina and I love it! Item# DD885
Gorgeous sequin and beaded shell top is classic sixties chic! This is an exceptional example of the little sequin piece and a modern girl could work it into her wardrobe by pairing it with unexpected fabrics or cuts (cargoes & sequins anyone?) Glossy black sequins cover every inch and then a tightly beaded diamond & triangle design works its way around the bottom hem and the collar! Those are all done in blue, yellow and coral and the effect against the black is fabulous! Excellent condition and a show stopping piece!
A few years back there was a sale of some micro pleated Pierre Cardin pieces done for Mia Farrow in 1967. This dress is from that same time period and shows many of the same elements. Those dresses, because of their celebrity association all went for about $20,000 a piece! I love this particular version - it really embodies the late 1960s with its pleated fabric with the ruffled finish to the edges and double skirted feel and swingy cut. The bodice is cut high with a demure slightly scooped neck. From this a dramatic tightly pleated expanse of fabric swings out - there are literally yards of fabric in there all finished with tiny knife pleats. The top layer is from the shoulder while the second layer that forms the bottom skirt is attached to the inner lining. A signature twisted ruffle finish made by adding horse hair wiring to each hem gives it that identifiable Cardin touch. The sleeves are with a soft billow at each cuff. A fitted under dress in silk gives the wearer the feeling of structure! This one has it original fabric tie that you can use at the neck, as a head scarf or as a belt! An amazing piece of couture and fashion history! Truly a find and in excellent condition. Item# DD871
When you find a really really great silk chiffon vintage dress it takes your breathe away and this is one of those pieces. It is like wearing air and magic. Constructed form layers of a deep purple silk chiffon the details and craftsmanship that went into constructing this dress is exceptional. The way the chiffon is stitched into little rounded pleats all along the top to create a Elizabethan feeling ruffle detail - I love! In a season where the shape of pieces is exaggerated and full this feels especially modern and relevant. Two scarves of matching silk are with it and you can use these to style the dress in many ways! You can leave it loose and easy or cinch it for shape. Really exceptional. Excellent condition. Item# DD753
An absolutely stunning and wonderful full length silk chiffon dress that I would bet my bottom dollar was a designer piece but sadly has no label. It is so fresh and modern in feel that it could be easily mistaken as a piece from the spring runways! The main body of the dress is bias cut so will drape to confirm and skim over the wearer's shape. It has a silk chiffon exterior layer and the color is absolutely fantastic - the exact exotic blue of the a perfect turquoise stone - even better in person then how it has photoed! The skirt has a gentle A-line and the top is cut high. A 2 inch border of bead work circles the neck and goes around and down the sexily scooped back. Following the scoop of the back is a silk chiffon train that flows down past the hem. Very Grecian goddess and very sexy. It is gorgeous and has that perfect rich, jet set chic feel! Excellent condition. Item# E433
This is an amazing 1960s bright screened silk chiffon dress in a wonderful rich green with bits of pinks and purples and a pretty gold thread worked through it as well. Constructed of a a gorgeous chiffon and then lined with silks it weighs very little and feels fantastic when on. The skirt flows out over a more fitted lining in green silk and has an interesting visual effect around the hem created by the print. The bands of color and flowers that circle the lower hem is spectacular! The waist nips in and you can cinch it further with the fabric tie belt. The bodice is scooped and has a pretty feminine ruffle all around. The sleeves mirror the print at the hem and have a wonderful poofed effect with a ruffle at each cuff to mirror the neckline. It is just gorgeous! Excellent condition and appears to have been worn little if at all.

An amazing silk twill scarf weight top from the great Pierre Cardin in a sixties swoon inducing pop art dot print. Cut almost tunic style, the top goes out from the shoulders and has notched sides so that line is not broken should you choose to wear it over something else and untucked. Each sleeve has a 3" cuff and is set so it closes French cuff style. The sleeve above each cuff billows out slightly too! I love love love the collar - that long front piece actually loops through the back collar so you get that scarf effect - you can wrap it around the neck more or tie a half bow - it can be worn a dozen different ways. The silk is a superb quality and weight and it is in mint condition. Love it!
