1960s Silk Chiffon Turquoise Bead Gown
An absolutely stunning and wonderful full length silk chiffon dress that I would bet my bottom dollar was a designer piece but sadly has no label. It is so fresh and modern in feel that it could be easily mistaken as a piece from the spring runways! The main body of the dress is bias cut so will drape to confirm and skim over the wearer's shape. It has a silk chiffon exterior layer and the color is absolutely fantastic - the exact exotic blue of the a perfect turquoise stone - even better in person then how it has photoed! The skirt has a gentle A-line and the top is cut high. A 2 inch border of bead work circles the neck and goes around and down the sexily scooped back. Following the scoop of the back is a silk chiffon train that flows down past the hem. Very Grecian goddess and very sexy. It is gorgeous and has that perfect rich, jet set chic feel! Here's how deposits work on a standard layaway:
- We require three equal payments of the layaway total. You will be invoiced for the first amount upon request
- payment two of the remaining balance will be billed two weeks from the date of the initial deposit.
- The final payment is due two weeks after the second payment and shipping will be billed on this invoice as well.
- items less then $500, or that are on sale, require a 50% deposit with the final payment due in two weeks from the date of deposit
