The sleeves on this dramatic piece by Vicky Tiel are jaw dropping. They are extravagant and grand and create a bold silhouette. Made of folded dot fabric that has stiffening in behind it in the form of net they will defy gravity and hold that shape when on. To balance those bold shoulders the waist nips in sharply and that is further accentuated by the seaming. The hips flare ou from there even more then the photos portray - if you lay the top flat and flip up on side of that lower area you see that a true circle is created! Amazing and bold and I love it. Excellent condition.

Fully lined in a white silky rayon and closes with a back zipper. Very well constructed
