1970s Turquoise & Gold Sequin Silk Gown
This gown is just stunning. It really has a Thea Porter feel to it with its silk and sequin combination. There is no label but it is very well made and very beautiful. I love when a very formal cut is done in an unexpected fabric and that is exactly what was done here. The turquoise silk chiffon is the absolute perfect shade of that tone of blue. It has been completely covered with a stunning design of gold metallic thread and fine gold sequins. The bodice is cupped and each cup is gathered in soft pleats. The waist nips in and then the skirt flows to the floor in a wide cascade of silk. The way it glimmers is the light is amazing. The effect is enchanting and it is a truly beautiful gown! Fully lined in a turquoise silky rayon and hand finishes in the interior. It closes with a hidden set zipper. There is a break in the fabric near the zipper but it appears stable. The inside is boned and the covering over the boning is set by hand.

- payment two of the remaining balance will be billed two weeks from the date of the initial deposit.
- The final payment is due two weeks after the second payment and shipping will be billed on this invoice as well.
- items less then $500, or that are on sale, require a 50% deposit with the final payment due in two weeks from the date of deposit
