1970s Jean Varon Balloon Sleeve Dress
Killer Jean Varon dress with a huge dramatic tie at the neck and equally dramatic and amazing Balloon sleeves! The sleeves are just spectacular - they come out from the top of the waist band and keep their fullness right to the cuff. The cuff is elastic so it creates a huge puff above. It closes down the front with a series of flat silver metal buttons. The skirt is fitted to offset that dramatic sleeve and tie combo! Love the graphic print of the fabric too! Excellent, appears unworn condition.
Unlined and closes at the front with a hidden zipper below the waist and buttons above that. Elastic in each cuff. The tie at the neck is attached.

- The final payment is due two weeks after the second payment and shipping will be billed on this invoice as well.
- items less then $500, or that are on sale, require a 50% deposit with the final payment due in two weeks from the date of deposit
