1960s Emilio Pucci Pink, Lavender & Baby Blue Print Cotton Velvet Jacket

I love these velvet jackets that Pucci designed. They are very versatile and an easy way to add a pop of vintage into a modern wardrobe. The jacket is cut to perfectly work as a layering piece and because it buttons all the way up it can play double duty and can be worn on its own as a top. The fabric choice holds the colors exceptionally well and it gives them an extra layer of richness and texture. This one is a stunning mix of pink and purple tones mixed with a a soft baby blue. The print is one of my favorites, combining various flowers that cover the entire the jacket. It has a small and neat collar and the cut skims the body to just over the hip. A contrasting printed border runs down the front, details the collar and circles the cuffs and hem. This color combination is just gorgeous and it is a really pretty piece of Pucci. Excellent condition with a small note below

Fully lined in a baby blue silk and closes with buttons down the front. Each cuff buttons to close. Hand finished. Still has two extra buttons sewn along an interior seam. There is a tiny bit of discoloration under the arms of the interior silk and a small area of fading near the hem on the inside front of one side. Very minor.
