1950s Amazing 4-piece Halter Dress Set
It is rare to find full sets when you talk vintage sets like this and on top of that it is rare to find such a premium example of that rock and roll "bad girl" type 1950s outfit that this surely is! This incredible four piece combo is not only all together and present but in fantastic condition. I have shown it without the wide belt as it did not quite sit right on my rigid mannequin. Without it you can see that the base dress is an incredible custom screened cotton in blues and greens with the most insanely sexy cut. The skirt is lean and fitted with flapper-esque overlapped flaps all around its bottom. Each is edged in a blue trim. This same trim hides a front zipper and the hooks that hide behind that from piece that goes up the center of the stomach to meet the triangle bullet bra-eque halter top The back criss crosses and leaves the back bare. You can top this with the little cropped jacket for a bit more coverage or you can add the wide belt that will completely hide the bare middle and turn it into a proper dress. Top that with the jacket and all of the sudden you have gone from bad girl to good! The perfect finish is the hand embroidered, initialled handkerchief. I can just imagine some girl putting on all four pieces to leave the house and ending up with just the fabric scarf around her hair and the dress by days end!! - We require three equal payments of the layaway total. You will be invoiced for the first amount upon request
- payment two of the remaining balance will be billed two weeks from the date of the initial deposit.
- The final payment is due two weeks after the second payment and shipping will be billed on this invoice as well.
- items less then $500, or that are on sale, require a 50% deposit with the final payment due in two weeks from the date of deposit
