1990s Neon Pink Velvet Padded Rifat Ozbek Dress

This dress is insane and yet still fabulous. The fabric is so unusual. It is a bright neon pink and is like nothing I have seen before. It is very plush - almost like a cross between a long velvet and a chenille but with this odd almost "crunchy" tactile feel to it. The collar is padded and rounded and cut to sit off the shoulders and has an almost space age feel to it. The body skims over the waist and it is super short. You can't help but get the attention of every eye when you walk into a room in this little number - it is drama and attention getting to the extreme, Really unusual and unique. I love it. Excellent condition
